Our most basic plan checks all house related items that regularly need to be replaced
Valid until canceled
Check Smoke/carbon monoxide Detectors, change batteries
Check Air Filters and replace quarterly
Check and clean garbage disposal
Check the perimeter of the home and driveway for cracks
Check for pest damage
Check sprinkler system for leaks and see that it's working
Check under sinks for leaks and mold
Check all lights and replace light bulbs as needed
Check that drainage is running away from the home
Recommend repairs as needed

Our basic plan covers regularly checking the areas of your home that need to be changed out multiple times a year, and replacing items as needed, as well as checking the home and outside perimeter to make sure everything house related is intact, safe and working as it should be.
